My course is not listed. Can you draw it?
We don't take custom orders yet. Add your course to the waitlist on our Request a course page and we'll email you when the print is ready.
When will my print arrive?
Every print is made to order. Unframed prints take 3–5 business days to make and 3–8 to ship, so allow about 6–13 business days in all. Framed prints take 3–5 business days to make and about 5–7 to ship, so allow about 7–13. Every order ships by UPS with tracking. Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico add 7–12 days.
How much is shipping?
Shipping is free on every order. We ship within the US only for now.
Which frames can I choose?
Every size comes unframed or framed in black, white or green. Framed prints arrive ready to hang.
What paper and frames do you use?
Unframed prints are made on museum-quality 175 gsm matte paper, so there's no glare. Framed prints are printed on satin-finish paper and set in a kiln-dried pine frame with a protective acrylic front. They arrive with hanging hardware attached, ready to hang.
Can I return or exchange a print?
Every print is made to order just for you, so we can't take returns or exchanges if you change your mind or pick the wrong size. Please check the size before you order.
What if my print arrives damaged or wrong?
If your print arrives damaged or misprinted, or it isn't what you ordered, email us a photo within 30 days. We'll send a free replacement or give you a refund, and you won't need to send anything back.
What if my package gets lost?
If your package goes missing in transit, we'll send a replacement once it's confirmed lost.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes, within 12 hours of placing it. After that your print is already being made. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
