Shipping policy
Free shipping on every order. All Golf Print House orders ship free within the United States. There's no minimum order.
Where we ship. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. territories. We hope to offer international shipping soon.
Made just for you. Every print is made to order after you buy it. Unframed posters usually take 3–5 business days to make. Framed prints usually take 3–5 business days.
Delivery times. Once your order ships, delivery usually takes:
- Unframed posters: 3–8 business days
- Framed prints: 5–7 business days
Total time from order to your door is usually about 1.5 to 2.5 weeks. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and U.S. territories can take an extra 7–12 business days. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays happen, especially around the holidays.
Tracking. We'll email you a tracking number as soon as your order ships. Prints ship from our U.S. print partners by UPS or another tracked carrier, so your order may arrive in more than one package.
Check your address. Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct. If you spot a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll fix it. We can't redirect a package after it ships. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we're happy to reship it, but you'll need to cover the cost of the new print and shipping.
Lost or late packages. If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, or your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of purchase, contact us at hello@golfprinthouse.com and we'll track it down. If a package is confirmed lost, we'll send a free replacement. If tracking shows "delivered" but you can't find it, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first, then reach out and we'll help.
